My fee per session is $150. 

There is no charge for an initial phone consultation - typically 15-20 minutes. 

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, BCBS Blue Choice, and Cigna insurances, and I provide a billing statement that you can submit to your insurance provider if I am out of network.

Please verify with your insurance that I am in network and what your expected costs will be prior to our first session. I will support you in navigating any additional insurance questions if needed.
